BeachLife Festival is committed to providing accommodations for all of our guests. We strive to ensure that individuals with disabilities are able to enjoy equal access to all of our area. Our resources are finite, so please help us make sure that it is limited to those who legitimately require assistance.
ADA HELPING HANDS: The ADA information center will be located right inside of the main entrance at the Information tent. The ADA Helping Hands is where the ADA wristbands, ADA companion wristbands are picked up. The wristbands are required to be worn at all times on ADA viewing decks.
The ADA Helping hands will be open for the duration of the event, from 11am to 10pm(Fri & Sat) or 9pm(Sun), to answer all of your questions and provide accessibility information.
If the ADA companion needs to be swapped out for Saturday or Sunday, please go to the ADA Helping Hands tent.
If you need assistance getting around the festival, one of our Helping Hands Helpers can help you navigate the festival grounds.

All guests must wear the ADA wristbands to access the accessibility services.
Do not remove your wristband until the completion of the event.
There will be (1) ADA companion wristband per disabled guest. Additional wristbands may be granted for families. This is on a limited basis to ensure all guests are able to access the ADA viewing decks.
If the special needs guests needs to switch their ADA companion, they must bring their new companion to the ADA center with the old wristband to obtain a new ADA companion wristband.
Seating is limited on the ADA viewing deck, so please make sure to reserve seats to those in needs.
PARKING: There will be reserved ADA parking located at the main entrance to the festival(the is the south end of the festival). This is reserved for attendees with valid Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or license plate, as well as the applicable proof that it belongs to them. If you will be needing an ADA parking spot, please email our team. Although this does not reserve a spot, it does help our team ensure that there is adequate parking spots. It is against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required credentials or to fraudulently use credentials in order to gain access to Accessible Parking.

ADA RESTROOMS: There are ADA restrooms located throughout the festival. Please see the ADA map for exact locations.
WHEELCHAIRS: We encourage all patrons to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. If you need assistance getting around the festival, please see one of our Helping Hands Helpers.
PATHWAYS: The festival is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities, including the access between the High Tide Stage and the Low Tide stage. If you have additional questions, please inquire at the ADA center. Maps are provided at the access center for your convenience.
VIEWING DECKS: Designated elevated viewing decks for ADA guests and ADA companions are available. ADA wristbands and ADA companion wristbands are required to be worn on the ADA viewing deck. Failure to show wristband can result in being asked to leave the ADA viewing decks.
The ADA viewing decks are on a first come, first serve basis. There are no holds.
The ADA view decks are non-smoking.
We do ask that companions reserve seating for those in need.
Per ADA regulations, Service Animals will be the only animals allowed inside of the event.
Although we love our pets, please leave all family pets, emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals, at home.
Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.
Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
MEDICAL: There will be a First Aid tent located by the main entrance next to the Information tent. Please make sure that you bring all of your necessary medical devices with proper documentation. All medication must be properly labeled with the persons holding the medication name on it.
