• We do not allow day exchanges. Please make sure that you choose the correct day(s) when purchasing. No exceptions.
Ticket Upgrades:• To upgrade your ticket type, please visit our early will-call or festival box office with your ID and your original wristband and we will try to accommodate your request. Please note that if your desired ticket type is sold out, we may be unable to accommodate an upgrade.

• 239 N Harbor Drive, Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
• Friday: 1 PM - 10:30 PM, Saturday: 11 AM - 10:30 PM, Sunday: 11 AM - 9:30 PM.
Transport & Parking:• The City of Redondo Beach maintains several public parking lots at or near the festival grounds, however, parking is very limited; rideshare and bike valet are recommended.
Bike Valet:• BeachLife Festival offers two bike valets, one at the north end of festival grounds and one at the south end of festival grounds.
Lost & Found:• Located at the Main Info Booth. Unclaimed items are donated after six months.
Lockers:• Available for rent, with complimentary options for Captain's Pass holders.
Refund Policy:
• All sales are final. No refunds for illness, injury, force majeure, or weather. If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically roll over to the next scheduled festival.
Festival Entry and Re-Entry:• General Admission (GA) tickets will not be permitted re-entry to the festival. GA+, VIP & Captain's Pass Holders will have unlimited re-entry privileges.
Bag Policy:• Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are permitted. Small non-clear clutches (6” x 8”) allowed. Exceptions are case-by-case.
Cashless Transactions:• All vendors accept credit cards and mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Cash is not accepted.
Accessible Viewing Areas & Wristbands:
ADA wristbands available at the Main Info Booth. Companion wristbands provided as needed.
Parking & Mobility:
ADA parking is limited. Personal mobility devices like wheelchairs and scooters are permitted.
Service Animals:Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
