For those that continue to support BeachLife — a special thanks — you are the reason we do what we do. This continues to be a difficult experience for our team to navigate through, and as something we’ve never experienced, we are moving cautiously to make sure we manage this situation and all stakeholders appropriately. We appreciate your patience and are going to be coming back even stronger in May 2025! As you’ll read below, WE CARE ABOUT OUR FANS — and we want to turn lemons into lemonade.
While we were incredibly disappointed that we could not continue with our show on Sunday due to the Fire Chief’s call to execute an emergency evacuation — we wholeheartedly agree with the decision to prioritize public safety and want you to know that there were no failed structures and no injuries as a result of our precautionary measures. As such, we’ve been working diligently with our advisors, the artists, and our moral compass & responsibility to our music fans develop a plan to compensate fans that came to see one of the several bands that didn’t get the opportunity to play. We appreciate that you spent your hard-earned money on our festival, and that some of you might not have received the full experience you paid for. As such, if you believe you are entitled to some sort of refund, BeachLife Festival will offer the following options for Sunday Single-Day ticket holders:
(1) a free Sunday single-day pass for May 2025; or,
(2) a Partial refund of 75% of your ticket price if you enjoyed part of the day from 11-5pm; or,
(3) a Full refund of your ticket if you believe you are entitled to one and/or had not arrived on-site before we evacuated
For 3-Day purchasers, we will offer the following options should you feel entitled to a refund of some kind:
(1) a free Sunday single-day pass for May 2025; or,
(2) a Partial refund of 25% of your ticket price if you enjoyed part of the day from 11-5pm; or,
(3) a Full 33.33% refund of your ticket if you believe you are entitled to one and/or had not arrived on-site before we evacuated
For all claims, please click here to submit your claim, and allow us up to 10 days to respond, as there is volume to sort through. The claim window will stay open for 30 days, starting Monday, May 13th, 2024 at 9am. If you have further questions, you may email claims@thebeachlifefestival.com but please understand that we will focus on processing claims as a priority before correspondence. Please note that this process does not include food, beverage, hotel, or transportation.
If you are seeking a refund for the SideStage Experience, please email sidestage@thebeachlifefestival.com and we will process a refund for the Trey Anastasio SideStage Experience only.
We stand by our Community and feel strongly that our fans will agree BeachLife has done the right thing despite the cancellation not being in our control. We are a great community, we support each other, and the lives and well-being of each and everyone inside of our festival were and will always remain our first priority.

I was not expecting this at all but had hoped a refund option was given to attendees that purchased sunday only or day of at least. Im very impressed. As a south bay kid and a single parent /teacher who worked her butt off to attend I am so grateful. I had been really looking forward to Asiatica after watching their take over of Beachlife's insta. I waited almost an hr at the speak easy when they were only a few minutes away from playing and the evacuation was called. So bummed out and saddened not to have gotten that beautiful grand finale of a Beachlife weekend with My Morning Jacket. The fact that yall put our safety first but…
Fair and generous. As a musician and festival producer, I think this is exactly what I would have done in this unfortunate situation that was obviously beyond your control. Safety first!
